Similarly, AIIMS, a prestigious medical institution, requires clearing its entrance exam held on May 25th and 26th, 2025.
NEET, on the other hand, is the gateway to most medical colleges across India, except AIIMS and JIPMER. With a minimum score of 140 out of 720, aspiring students become eligible for admission. NEET’s exam date is set for May 5, 2025. Admissions to government-funded Deemed Universities are conducted through MCC counseling, while state-wise counseling is arranged for state universities.
In the event of not securing a seat through counseling, direct admission to medical colleges for MBBS is also a viable option.

4. Eligibility
